Το κτήριο τεχνών Δ. Δασκαλόπουλος δεν είναι απλώς ένα κτήριο τεχνών και εκπαίδευσης. Είναι ένα εγχείρημα που μας καλεί να αναγνώσουμε εκ νέου – και να επαναδιατυπώσουμε – συσχετισμούς της σύγχρονης κοινωνίας. Μέσα από την πρότασή μας, η αρχιτεκτονική αποκτά τον ρόλο του συνδετικού κρίκου μεταξύ των δίπολων φύσης – εκπαίδευσης, εκπαίδευσης – τέχνης, φύσης – τέχνης.
Honorable mention – International Architectural Competition
The emphasis was placed on integrating the building into the environment and adhering to the building and urban planning regulations in the composition of the volumes. The basic design of the building emerged from the slope of the ground and the effort to maximize the view.

The composition of the volumes placed emphasis on the building’s integration with the environment as well as the morphology of the ground, while adhering to building and urban planning regulations.
The proposal serves the program in an exemplary way, solving within the credible form of an elliptical dome, two sub-areas: one with the program’s services covered and another semi-outdoor waiting sub-area.
