The building's composition and integration into the surrounding environment were given special attention, ensuring the best possible functionality and aesthetics. The building has a staggered volume structure, with three gradually receding P-shaped volumes from Dionysou Street to the right boundary of the plot, respecting the small scale of the neighborhood while framing and highlighting the existing palm tree in the left corner of the plot.
In terms of functional structure, stores are located throughout the ground floor. The first floor comprises office spaces, while the second and third floors are used for housing. The entrance to both the stores and the office and residential spaces is from Chatziantoniou Street. The entrance for vehicles is also on the same street, via a ramp that leads to a large parking area. The transfer of cars to the B' and C' basement levels is done with the help of a vehicle lifting system that meets all safety standards and regulations and is certified by the competent authority.
The materials include reinforced concrete, while the façade features a combination of glass and perforated metal sheets, allowing for the entry of natural light and ventilation.
