The architectural office PARTHENIOS architects+associates was established in 1974 by Spiros Parthenios. His main focus was from the beginning the design and construction supervision of luxury villas. The long and persistent research of the special topological, environmental and human centric characteristics that shape each housing unit, together with the deep knowledge of materials and construction techniques, gave Spiros Parthenios the opportunity to design and build around 200 villas up to date. During the last decade they have broadened their services to include the design and construction of office buildings, hospitals, hotels, theaters, industrial buildings and exhibition spaces. They also incorporate a specialized interior design team, a landscape design and a bioclimatic design team. Finally, they offer real-estate consulting services and IT services like web design (1site/project, IP-monitoring), 3D-animation, videoconferencing, FTP hosting, and more.

Our office does not follow the philosophy of standardized designs. We select only a limited number of projects each year on which we devote all our inspiration and attention.
