The remodeling of the existing buildings was based on highlighting the corporate identity of ERGO Hellas and on the modern, ergonomic and functional coexistence of multiple uses: reception, waiting areas, dining area, customer service and conference spaces. The challenge for the design team was to connect the two buildings based on functionality, aesthetics and sustainability.

The Rêve Athens Riviera residential complex is located on one of the most premium locations in the southern suburbs of Athens, on Lazaraki street in Glyfada, in close proximity to Asteras Beach. It is comprised of 8 luxurious contemporary residences ranging from 180 to 430 m2 each on a 1,465 m2 plot.
The main principle of the redesign was to be flexible in terms of operations, with possibilities of group and individual work when and where required, open to the outside of the building but also to the inside large patio, low energy consumption and to follow the wellness standards and hygiene in the post-Covid era.
Platonos Gardens Residential Complex introduces a new housing paradigm with mixed uses.
An important challenge was the desire of the owner for the complex of three houses not to refer to typical forms of apartment building but to have more the characteristics of an urban house. For this reason, an attempt was made to functionally solve the complex in a volume, which consists of two parts: the high body with the gabled roof that receives the main entrance and the staircase, which correspond to the house on the first floor and the attic and the lower horizontal element, which is accentuated by the three arches, and corresponds to the two ground floor houses.
The volumes of this Private Residence on Apollonos Street Kefalari , are the result of three consecutive folding’s, which embrace the main spaces of the Villa and assist the composition both in turning smoothly around the corner and in climbing the gentle slope, in Kifissia, one of the northern suburbs of Athens.
