The office building of the company ZEDA, underwent a complete renovation and change of appearance. It is located in the area of Pylaia, Thessaloniki. In this building, the shell was adjusted specifically for the needs of the company that will house it.
The architects aimed at expressing this experience as a creative merging of the main substances of the topos (τόπος = site, place): its history, climate, landscape, tradition, materials, cuisine, sounds and customs, with contemporary practices of leisure architecture and new technologies in order to achieve a touristic end-product of high quality standards.
The orientation and the location of the plot at the entrance junction of the Lassithi plateau in Crete, as well as the relief of the ground with the mountain back, were utilized as the main axes of the project design. The composition consists of separate geometric structures with sloping roofs, connected at ground level, balanced in a single complex. The aim was to adapt the scale of the composition to the scale of the free, open, mountainous landscape, using the archetypal form of the individual houses / shelters. In the second phase of the project, additional similar volumes will be constructed to accommodate the hostels.
The office building of the insurance company VICTORIA consists of 7 floors with an area of 2,800 m2 and three levels of underground parking with an area of 1,800 m2.
The office building of the shipping company, Polembros Shipping Ltd., consists of five floors and one level of underground parking. The dominant synthetic goal of the designers was the best possible utilization of the sea view at all levels of the building.

The ERGO insurance company headquarters on Syngrou Avenue in Athens is a building complex with a total area of 11,100 m2 divided in two major buildings. The objective of the 1st phase of the redesign was to completely re-configure the 4th floor where the administration offices are located.
