The residential complex organizes six residences within a volume, which, while governed by functional symmetry in plan, nevertheless negates it at the level of face and shell, aiming to create the illusion of dynamic movement. The horizontal white bands interact with the vertical surface of blinds, which folding creates the entrance to the building and serves both shading and optics isolation between the exteriors of the different of residences. It dominates the surrounding area of the building
the planting and the wet element with the two pools, which serve the two residences on the ground floor.
For shading the exteriors of houses of the ground floor are provided pergolas, which suspended from the shell of the building and which contribute to its subdivision into horizontal belts, following her synthetic logic of horizontal oblongs exteriors.
