Following the redesign of the ground-floor areas of the ERGO Insurance building complex, attention turned to the upper floors of the two main buildings, which hosts the company’s offices.
As part of the overall renovation of ERGO Insurance’s building complex at 173 Syngrou Avenue, the redesign of the 6th floor of Building K1 was completed, housing the headquarters of EUSOSOS Assistance.
The remodeling of the existing buildings was based on highlighting the corporate identity of ERGO Hellas and on the modern, ergonomic and functional coexistence of multiple uses: reception, waiting areas, dining area, customer service and conference spaces. The challenge for the design team was to connect the two buildings based on functionality, aesthetics and sustainability.
Asso.subsea is a subsea infrastructure installation company offering offshore solutions worldwide. Their new base in Elefsina houses their headquarters and their technical base with an in-house Research & Development department for the design and production of tools for submarine cable installations.
The main principle of the redesign was to be flexible in terms of operations, with possibilities of group and individual work when and where required, open to the outside of the building but also to the inside large patio, low energy consumption and to follow the wellness standards and hygiene in the post-Covid era.
Initially, emphasis was placed on the thorough recording of the needs that the company wanted so that the architectural proposal is complete (customer preferences, philosophy and company vision). Our goal was to find the optimal solution for the specific building and for the specific employer by creating an industrial building of modern standards.
The description concerns the construction of a kiosk for the company D. Koronakis s.a. for the exhibition “Poseidonia” held at the Metropolitan Expo, Athens International Airport “Eleftherios Venizelos” in Spata Attica.
The office building of the company ZEDA, underwent a complete renovation and change of appearance. It is located in the area of Pylaia, Thessaloniki. In this building, the shell was adjusted specifically for the needs of the company that will house it.
The office building of the insurance company VICTORIA consists of 7 floors with an area of 2,800 m2 and three levels of underground parking with an area of 1,800 m2.
